A team from the Convention on Business Integrity ( CBi) led by Mr. Emmanuel Bosah
on Thursday 19th September, paid a courtesy visit to HEFAMAA.
Other members of the team includes: Mrs. Cynthia Akpomudare and Mrs. Damilola Williams.
The team was received by the Executive Secretary of the Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency, Dr. Abiola Idowu.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss collaboration aimed at improving compliance and regulatory efficiency in healthcare facilities in the Lagos State.
Discussion was held on the creation of unique QR code for each health facility which can be scanned by members of the public to get information about registration status, category and approved services.
The use of the QR codes which the Agency hope will commence before the end of the year 2024 will also enhance feedback from members of the public to the Agency.
HEFAMAA officials present at the introductory meeting were the Head of Monitoring, Dr. Olayinka Daniel; Director Administration and Human Resource, Mr. Jimoh AbdulAzeez; Head, Legal Unit, Mrs. Antonio Oredipe; Head of Nursing Unit, Mrs. Oluwole Titilope ; the Head, ICT, Department, Engr. Aremu Tajudeen ; Mrs. Olusesi Gidado and Miss Sandra Ihende.
