HEFAMAA Seals Three Health Facilities for Various Infractions

The Lagos State Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA) carried out two enforcement operations on Tuesday 19th March,2024 and Wednesday 20th,2024 in Oshodi and Mushin areas of Lagos State.
The facilities sealed by the staff of the Agency during the operations include:
1. Amazing Grace Hospital at 10, Okeji close off Sadiku Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos.
2. Absolute Care Hospital located at 2, Musari Apena Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos.
3. BMM Hospital at 8, Kugbuyi Street, Idi-Oro, Mushin, Lagos was re-sealed for commencing operation through the backdoor in the building without completing the re-opening process with the agency.

The health facilities were sealed for various infractions, such as non-registration, training of auxiliary nurses, inadequate licensed personnel, and quackery.
