HEFAMAA Shuts Down Top Goodness Center for Illegal Operation
The Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA), yesterday shut down Top Goodness Health Centre located at 3, Saka Ologuna Maroko, Ajah in Eti-Osa local government area of the State for operating illegally.
According to the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Abiola Idowu, ” the facility was sealed for infractions including the training of auxiliary nurses, operating without basic equipment and non-registration with the Agency.”
She explained further that the facility did not have qualified medical personnel adding that the decision was taken to protect the health of residents of the area.
She however advised Lagosians to be vigilant and support the efforts of the Babajide Sanwoolu administration in ridding the State of quacks and illegal operators of health facilities by exposing them.
